Our mugs are handmade using fine white ceramic with a flawless glossy glaze finish. Each original custom made mug is permanently fused so the art becomes part of the mug, NOT decals or stickers. Microwave & top rack dishwasher safe.

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.  Read more about it here.

RETURNS:

We appreciate every single customer and want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly process a return or exchange. The item(s) must be in original, unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt of the return, minus the cost of shipping. Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date on the tracking information. If your item arrives damaged, please also include pictures of the damaged item and the shipping materials. A replacement will be shipped at no charge to you.
